COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF INDUCTION PROGRAM BY USING CIPP MODEL: PERCEPTIONS OF PROFESSIONAL AND NON- PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS

چکیده

The purpose of this study was to compare the perceptions primary school teachers with professional degree and without who have gone through induction program by using CIPP model at three main districts Hazara division Abbottabad, Haripur Mansehra Stuffle beam’s (1983) evaluation model. A questionnaire based on used as a tool collect data. validity checked experts reliability determined pilot testing Cronbach Alpha (.954).data collected from sample 300 novice teachers. Data analysed inferential statistics applying t-test. results indicated significant difference exists between any about each category Professional hold better knowledge understanding field than non-professionals one. They show satisfaction non-professional. Study suggests that is necessary for it will help them equip tools requirements teaching field.
